What silver quotes usually show
International silver references (for example COMEX-linked symbols) are mainly USD/oz and may sit beside platinum and palladium. If the source is limited, the page switches to a labeled public spot fallback — it does not pretend to be the same contract.
Homepage silver history is for USD-denominated swings, not a TWD shop board. Turning that into TWD still needs FX and weight units; this site’s Taiwan theory focus remains gold qian.
Relation to gold and the ratio
The gold/silver ratio is gold USD/oz ÷ silver USD/oz — see the ratio guide; the chart lives on the COMEX page. It describes relative levels, not a trade signal.
